Exchange Policy
14-Day Exchange Policy (Damaged Items Only)
Thank you for supporting the band! We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition.
Because each item is made in limited quantities, we only offer exchanges in the case of damaged or defective items.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You provide proof of purchase
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at shop@contenderrecords.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the damaged item and packaging - Review & Approval: Once we verify the issue, we’ll provide instructions for returning the damaged item and sending out a replacement.
- Shipping: If the exchange is approved, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are only issued for the same item (same design, size, and color), subject to availability.
- A refund will be issued only in the event the original item is no longer available.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or washing after delivery.
